I want to apply on behalf of someone else. Can I do this?

If you want to apply on behalf of someone else, you can do that easily. Here are the steps to do that:

Step 1: Ensure you have consent to create an account and share personal details on behalf of the person.

Follow the regular steps to search and apply to trials. To make it easier for you, here are the instructions again:

Step 2:  Search for the patient's condition.

Step 3: On the 'Contact Info' page, you will be prompted to input contact information.

If we need to contact someone, we will use these details, so make sure the individual (either yourself or the patient) knows to expect us to contact them if need be. 

Step 4: Click 'Next' to proceed.

Step 5: On the 'Details' page, you will be prompted to input contact information. Make sure you only include patient information here. 

Again, you can use either your phone number or the patient's phone number to proceed.

Step 6: Answer the questions about the patient's medical information and history.
